Take a look at a simple and really tiny object-oriented language for small footprint
embedded systems.
This quick tour presents the B# language
and its virtual machine: Our answer to the venerable C language.
This project started more than two decades ago; a challenge to combine the benefits of object
orientation with the efficiency of C for embedded systems.
At that time and even today, there was simply no object-oriented language that addressed the
development needs for small footprint embedded systems. C++, Java, and C# are all too large,
complex, and cumbersome.
A complete B# SDK (compiler and virtual machine) will be released in mid-July.
We have provided training for many college professors in integrating the use of B# in their embedded systems program. This course Developing Embedded Applications with C and B# is also publicly available via our training facilities with our main Eastern Canada partner: Technologia.
